Faithfulness

Proverbs 28:20- A faithful man shall abound in blessings, but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.

Matthew 25:21- His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou unto the joy of thy Lord.

If we want to see increase in our lives, it is necessary that we be faithful in all that we do.

Col. 3:17- And whatsoever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.

We need to be thankful for what we have and honor God even in the small things. Satan would try to tell us that these small tasks have no value and that we are wasting our time, but developing faithfulness is necessary if we want to experience God's best for our lives. It brings the Lord great pleasure to prosper us and He is not withholding from us. There are spiritual laws in play where these things are concerned, and if we operate in the wisdom of God, we will abound in the blessings of God.

Galatians 6:9- Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we will reap, if we faint not.

Hebrews 6:11-12 And we desire that every one of you do show the same diligence (steady and constant) to the full assurance of hope to the end: That you be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

It has been prophesied that this year of 2005 is going to be a harvest year of reaping from seeds that have been sowed. Many are going to see the promises of our faithful God manifested in their lives and many are going to see judgment because of sowing to the flesh. If we have been faithful to minister to our families and to the family of God, we will see the fruits of our labor.
